Expat looking for Ozempic in Medellin

Anyone know where I can get Wegovy 0.25 injection for cheap? I called a pharmacy today & it was $400,000 COP for one infection. For that price I will stay fat. If someone knows of a place with a better price I’ll buy a month at a time. TIA

Its usually higher in regular pharmacies, and in Colombia there are no generic for this medication, so be aware in case they are trying to sell you something like that
