Yes, it’s a real issue and cardio doesn’t do the trick. It’s about strength training. I didn’t listen to my Dr & just did cardio. But I learned my lesson.

I know for a fact, that Lilly lab , which is the company making retatruride, is not introducing any new obesity meds in Colombia next year. And no clinic can dispense meds if they don't have the INVIMA approval, which is the equivalent of the FDA in the US. That process in Colombia takes years and they just introduced Mounjaro here like 2 months ago, so retatruride won't be in Colombia anytime soon.
