Abdominal pain and digestive issues

Hello. Looking for a recommendation for a friend: She’s complained about abdomen pain for years to the point where the doctor is not linking potential infertility, PCOS, endometriosis. She’s also been trying to investigate digestion /gut health If anyone has been on a similar journey and used docs/hollistic medicine practitioners that you’d recommend, I’d be so greatful.
