The botulinum toxin injection for my daytime bruxism didn't hurt as much as I had imagined, and what stayed with me most was the feeling of having been treated as a person, not just a procedure. If anything you read online scares you, talk to him first.

I had a very good experience with the doctor. I went to the appointment to get Botox injected in the masseter muscle for bruxism. Before performing the treatment, the doctor took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and discuss the causes and how the problem works. It wasn't just a matter of arriving and applying the Botox, but rather we first had a thorough conversation about everything. During the consultation I felt very well taken care of and in good hands. Dr. Santi performed extraction of 4 wisdom teeth in a single appointment and I was truly very calm because I knew I was in expert hands and that he was capable of reacting in case of any complication. Additionally, I had a support team that was willing and attentive at all times. When the procedure began, I was a bit nervous about the pain, but it was really not painful at all, not even when applying the anesthesia. It was a really quick procedure in my case. Today, one day after having it done, my swelling and pain are minimal. It was so successful that if you asked me, I would do it again.
