Pilon Fracture Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) in Colombia

A surgical procedure to repair a pilon fracture, which is a break at the bottom of the tibia (shinbone) near the ankle. The surgeon realigns the broken bone fragments and uses internal fixation devices such as plates and screws to hold the pieces in proper position during healing.
