I am Dr. Luisa María Gutiérrez, a physician trained at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana with more than 10 years of experience and a gynecologist-obstetrician from the Universidad de Antioquia. At Lumen, evidence-based medical care comes together with emotional support across the different stages of a woman's life. I accompany women and families in the care of gynecological health throughout their life cycle — from childhood to older womanhood. I also offer a consultation with a focus on perinatal mental health, where I care for you through your pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and breastfeeding journey, integrating physical assessment with emotional listening and screening for perinatal anxiety and depression. This is a space where we care for the body that carries life and the mind that holds it all together. Here, you can speak openly about both your physical health and how you have been feeling emotionally. There are no small questions and no emotions out of place.
