My Practice and My Team
I work at Torre Médica Las Américas and am a staff physician at Clínica Las Américas, which is a national referral center for complex pathologies and surgeries, offering all the services of a high-level hospital. My endometriosis management team is multidisciplinary. For comprehensive and appropriate care, it includes a nutritionist, physiotherapist, and psychologist. For surgical management, the approach is multidisciplinary based on the needs of each case, in collaboration with a general surgeon, urologist, and gynecologic oncologist.

No matter how specialized a healthcare professional is, if they don't manage their schedule coherently and responsibly, they are failing and disrespecting their patients' time. Today, more than ever, each person's time is invaluable. If you work in 2 different places and must handle not only consultations but also multiple procedures, it is important that you better distribute your time and account for travel delays. I want to end by recalling that saying that goes: 'he who bites off more than he can chew, accomplishes little.'
