In the end, I decided not to have anything done because even scheduling an appointment would have meant waiting another month. I lost money and time, but I saved my face. With that level of disorganization, thank goodness they didn't perform any procedures on me.

Feels like a money grab. I don't recommend for foreigners. I went to the doctor with what I wanted, he worked very hard to upsell me (to a facelift!!) and then quoted me almost triple the price of what you'd normally pay in Colombia for the minor surgery I wanted. Communication was also terrible, the nurse was cold and just ghosted me.
