Someone looking for an orthopedic dental specialist for dental implants in Playa del Carmen
Buenas tardes. Can someone recommend a great ortho for my teenager. One wanted to do anchor implants which involves anchoring implant to jawbone to hold braces instead of headgear😬🙈 I have had enough medical bad experiences here that putting an implant into my kids jaw through the gums sounds like infections and more medical i dont want to deal with...if anyone has experience with these implants please message me. Im looking for ortho recommendations

I have implants because I lost teeth in my back, molars three of them, but I can't imagine for braces that sounds ludicrous
I'm sorry I don't know you have to get somebody else's opinion. Look for a dentist in Cancun an orthodontist. I would try that and see what they say.
is the dental implants painful, or any complications?. i would like to have implants but a little afraid.
Well, in my case first of all, it's been 15 years. So because I had a lot of bone loss, they have to do a bone graph with pig bone. I think they say is the closest to human and then you wait six months and then they put the post in and then they make the tooth. The only thing that I found uncomfortable was putting the post in everything else was fine.
The only complications pretty much would just be if you smoke cigarettes and that's what got me in this trouble . Smoking causes bone loss.
