Inquiry about a prescription refill for ADHD medication in Mexico City

I've tried that, but it doesn't really work unless I take 400mg or more 😅 I'm aware that Bupropion/Wellbutrin and Atomexitine/strattera are available without prescription here too, but I'm not looking to take something daily but instead just when I need to.

I'm usually on Adderall in the UK, but as far as I'm aware the only options here are metilfenidato and Vyvanse?

Vyvanse is backordered and adderal isnt in the Mexican market yet so its only Ritalin/methylphinidate for now

I was aware that Adderall wasn't available here, but I was hoping that Vyvanse would provide the same effect... As I've been prescribed methylphenidate before and it didn't make much of a difference. Even at high doses. What alternatives are there? Methylphenidate has never worked for me, although oddly it works great for my sister. I've tried Bupropion and Strattera, both in isolation and combined. Better than Ritalin, but not really useful. Adderall was the only option (so far) that made a great difference 😅
