The most valuable aspect is that it's not just a medical consultation; it's a conscious, professional, and very human process. I went to this endocrinologist on the recommendation of my gynecologist to begin a complementary treatment that requires constant medical monitoring. Precisely because it's a medication that must be supervised by a specialist, I expected responsible and organized care. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. The phone lines practically never answer, making it very difficult to schedule an appointment or resolve any questions related to the treatment. This is especially concerning when dealing with medications that require regular medical monitoring. After several attempts, I managed to get an appointment through a doctor's platform. I even confirmed that I would attend, paying for the consultation outside of my insurance. However, I was later informed that the doctor couldn't see me and that they would contact me later, which demonstrates a lack of organization and commitment to patient follow-up. Starting a medical treatment that requires supervision and then not having real access to check-ups or communication with the office generates a great deal of distrust. I would not recommend this service.
