I am a dermatologist with experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, with training in Mohs surgery and complex cutaneous oncology at the University of Alcalá, Spain. Unfortunately, when I made the appointment for my son, I made it through Colsanitas prepaid medicine. When we arrived at the appointment, the person who received us made it clear that at that location they only attended private patients. Time was wasted, transportation and other issues were lost due to poor communication.
