I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Carlos de la Roche for a skin check, and I can confidently say he is one of the best dermatologists I’ve ever encountered. He is an excellent professional with truly impressive knowledge in dermatology. From the moment I walked in, he gave me a complete, clear, and detailed medical explanation about my moles, answering every question with patience and expertise. What truly surprised me was how quickly he diagnosed my conditions just by looking at my skin: he immediately identified rosacea and keratosis pilaris (“piel de gallina”) without needing any extra tests. He was incredibly honest and transparent, telling me that right now I don’t need to remove any moles, something that saved me unnecessary procedures. He even mentioned that in the United States they would have probably pushed for extractions and charged me a fortune. Beyond his medical skill, what really sets him apart is his genuine professionalism combined with the warm, human touch of his entire team. Everyone at the clinic is kind, attentive, and makes you feel truly cared for.
